My cat + surgery = Commissions! (plz)

Hello there peeps!
I personally don't feel comfortable with sharing any sad personal story to get commissions.
But my cat has been feeling down for the past few days, I thought maybe it was just the hot weather but he is not eating.
I just took him to the vet and he has something in his intestine the size of a tennis ball and has to go into surgery tomorrow :(
Muramasa (my cat) is very dear to me, if you didn't know I brought Mura and Haru with me when I moved from Argentina to the Czech Republic.
So I love them very very much, and it breaks my heart to see any of them ill.
